What do I do first?Upon first ever use burn for at least 2 hour or until the entire surface has turned into liquid wax. This will help prolong the life of your candle.

Candle CareTrim wick at least 1/8" before each lighting. This will maintain an even and clean burn. Burn for no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.

Where can I use my Candle?Always burn candle on stable, heat resistant surface. Always keep candles in sight when in use. Never Leave a burning candle unattented. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room. Choose an area away from drafts, open air vents and ceiling fans. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

What if my candle is still burning after I put it out?Extinguish a candle if it repeatedly smokes, flicker or has a flame. The candle isnt burning properly. Cool, align, and trim the wick, then check for drafts before relighing. Never burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish candle carefully, allow it to cool completly before touching or moving. Recommend using a candle snuffer to extinguish candle. NEVER use water as glass will break from heat.

What if my candle isnt burning properly?If your candle isn't burning properly blow it out, trim the wick and light your candle ( DO NOT DIG WICK OUT OF WAX). If you still should have problems with your candle please contact customer service via email or chat.
